Email support@caloriecrusher.ai. We reply within two business days, usually sooner. Telling us which device and app version you are on (More → Theme shows the version) saves a round trip.
You can also send feedback from inside the app: open the menu, then More → Feedback.
In the app, open the menu and go to More → Account → Delete my account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and everything in it: your food log, weights, favourites, recipes and what the coach has learned about you. It cannot be undone and there is no backup.
If you have already removed the app and cannot sign in, email support@caloriecrusher.ai from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you.
Calorie Crusher has no passwords. Enter your email address and we send a one-time key that is valid for a short time. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address is spelled correctly, then request a new key.
